We are a private, non-profit organization (located approx. 16 miles west of Boston) helping to administer approximately 2,000 acres of protected open space, including management of almost 80 miles of trails.
Land management interns carry the primary responsibility for maintaining the trails and land management activities on approximately 50 parcels of conservation land in Lincoln.
Formal training is less important than initiative, organization, and enthusiasm for independent outdoor work.
Anticipated compensation is $11.00 - 12.50 per hour, depending upon experience and skills.
While hours are flexible, the positions require 25-40 hours per week and a vehicle. Each position provides ample opportunity for continuing field studies.
