We have developed the most effective mosquito repellent on the market. Since it is organic, safe to use around kids and pets and EPA Exempt, there are no regulatory barriers.
Our products were developed by a pioneer in essential oils and a determined misting company entrepreneur over the last decade. They have been tested extensively, including comparisons with toxic and competing products. We have customers wanting inventory we cannot fulfill.
Our first product is an area spray. After one 60-90 second treatment, you can enjoy up to 6 hours without mosquitoes and flies. We have thoroughly tested the product in the field. This product will work in large misting systems ($150 MM market in the US) but will also work in small retail hand misters. We test marketed the products last year in Dallas and our retailer loves us just like the consumer does.
We also have the most effective on-skin repellent. This sexy smelling product goes on lighter than the competition and works much better. Recent reports have shown that mosquitoes are becoming immune to DEET and in our studies DEET broke down in 45 minutes! Our on-skin repellent tested over 90% effective at 3 hours! This is a$300M market in the US.
Municipalities are spraying the heck out of our cities in a vain attempt to protect us from West Nile Virus. Locally, it is all politically motivated. Given that there is little hope of fighting them, we also have products they could spray that are killers, not repellents, but they are EPA Exempt and organic. This is a $200 million market in the US.
We have sprayers we have developed that one large big box store told us could sell millions of them a year at a $49 price point. If you add in our refills the wholesale price tag on that product alone could reach close to $100 million.
Finally, it is a shame that in this day in age millions of people are dying from malaria. Especially since a large portion of those deaths are babies. Our on-skin repellent is so effective that with a little tweaking it can be used much in the same way DDT was in the 1960s. We have tested it by spreading it around doorways and it keeps bugs out of the house. In Africa, and malaria stricken areas, we would paint the insides of huts and homes, as well as around the doorways. This will help to keep the mosquitoes out. Nets don't work for many reasons. Our products do.
The Dallas Morning News tried our products for a month and then published a half page article touting our products as the most effective they have seen. The Dirt Doctor, Howard Garrett, is heard on the radio in 143 radio markets and gets 12 million website visitors every month. He tried our products and has endorsed them and wants to do more. People love Mosquito Steve and you will too.
