Re-Tread Products, Inc. (RTP) has developed a new building material made from recycled tires called the "Tire LogTM". RTP process "upcycles" the waste tire and takes full advantage of the embedded energy in tires that is wasted in conventional tire recycling that primarily involves the grinding, burying or burning of waste tires.
We have successfully built prototypes, obtained a US Patent for the Tire LogTM, and been awarded two $200,000 R&D grants from Empire State Development as well as other grants and awards.
The Tire LogTM and the machinery to manufacture it have advanced through various stages of engineering, refinement and testing and have been utilized in several different applications and demonstration projects.
Our past efforts focused on determining what the market potential is for the variety of applications that we have already successfully demonstrated (see: www.retreadproducts.com) along with many other applications that we haven't been able to demonstrate yet.
The founder is seeking a qualified management team that's able to launch this enterprise from its current mid-startup status to full production capabilities with a fully functional pilot factory.
The Founder/owner is willing to give up a majority share of the company to the team that is able to reach this milestone in the commercialization process.
