Phoenix Energy of Nevada, LLC (PENV), a veteran owned small business, in power engineering seeks $4.9 million in capital or as a loan to place into operations for three months a proof of concept prototype: "Regenerative Steam Cycle Waste Heat Energy Capture, Recovery and Re-Use Electrical Power Generation and Fresh Water Production Plant".
This unique new kind of electrical power plant design does not require or use any fossil or nuclear fuels, or solar, wind or geothermal energy to generate power, fresh distilled water and hydrogen and oxygen gases output products.
This new plant design is based on, developed from and has resulted from PENV's new and unique redefining and redesigning of the basic high temperature and high pressure steam cycle which uses / re-uses the steam waste heat recovery or capture that minimizes the inefficiencies, and heat energy losses and energy use / consumption normally associated with and resulting from the normal basic steam cycle to produce a completely self-contained, rejuvenating and regenerative electric power production plant that can also produce fresh water from sea water or brown water.
As previously mentioned this electrical power plant design is based on and developed from PENV and IGE re-defining and re-designing the basic normal steam cycle process that converts or modifies the steam cycle from a steam expansion heat motive force and waste heat expulsion motive force turbine driving "engine" to a steam hydraulics pressure motive force and waste heat recover motive force turbine driving "engine". This power plant design can produce electricity at less than $0.02 (2 cents) a kilowatt-hour, and also produces as a by-product of the electrical power generation process fresh water from sea water or "brown" water as a by-product.
This steam cycle re-definition and re-design utilities plant, and resulting low cost and emissions free electrical power and fresh water production, operations is accomplished with: (1) A new design and type of counter-flow steam waste heat recovery and re-use steam condenser, which is the main critical, new technology and design unique component / equipment and "heart" of this system that makes this system and process work; (2) Electric Heaters and Induction Heating "powered" steam generator, powered from a small percentage of the plant's electrical power generation output; (3) New Modified Design Back Pressure Turbine, and; (4) High Pressure Pressurized Feed Water System.
This Regenerative Steam Cycle Waste Heat Energy Recovery and Re-Use Electrical Power Generation Plant has the same electrical power - energy generation capabilities and high capacity, high economies of scale benefits, advantages and high operational factors capabilities and characteristics with greater reliability, dependability, flexibility, and safety, and with less maintenance and lower cost than the currently in service and planned nuclear fueled, and gas, coal and oil fossil fueled power plants, without most of the operating and operational, engineering, licensing, regulatory, maintenance, emissions, fuel, safety and security requirements concerns, disadvantages and problems these types of fueled power plants inherently and normally have. This type of electrical power plant design will reduce fossil and nuclear fuels consumption rates, reduce gaseous emissions and nuclear waste generation, reduce Utilities operating cost, and the electrical power cost to the consumer, the American Public.
Additionally, critical processes and systems equipment components of this new power plant design can be designed for and back-fitted into most existing nuclear and fossil fueled steam cycle power plants to increase the operational, fuel consumption and steam cycle efficiencies of these power plants thereby reducing the fuel consumption rates, and for the fossil fueled plants, the emissions rates and concentrations by at least 30% to 50%, and possibly more.
In summary, this is an extremely significant new revolutionary and evolutionary multiple utilities Power Plant Design that is an energy regenerative, recycling and renewable power system design that produces very low cost, emissions free / zero emissions, electrical power, fresh water distilled from sea water or brown water, and hydrogen and oxygen gases from fresh water and electricity through the electrolysis process very safely 24 hours/day - 7 days/week without using any fossil or nuclear fuels, or wind, solar or geothermal power, or emitting any greenhouse gases, that can be built and operated in any type of weather and environmental conditions and global locations.
This type of power plant construction and retrofit project will have and result in a very significant positive impact on the environment and everyone's cost by reducing fuels consumption rates and combustion emission rates, and on the United States economy by stimulating and creating new and expanding current jobs, increasing plant, machinery, equipment, tools and construction materials demand and purchases, increasing factories orders and production, and eliminate the need for the proposed cap and trade legislation.
