Entity will will be green and sustainable interacting with the local village.  Activities will revolve around culture, land and water adventure sports. 

US$40,000 will secure 25% equity in corporation to own development and the 95 acre freehold property.  Current partners are from Vancouver and Hawaii.  Partner should be willing to contribute labor, ideas and knowledge to project as well as the local community.  Payback will be rewarding.
