DST is the first dedicated patentable method for drying sludge, in a rotating closed loop reactor with a continuous process, while using flushing device which allows intensive discharge of steam from the sludge lumps thus maximizing the vapor transfer rate between the hot/dry air and the sludge and without the use of chemicals. 

The company currently seeks to raise $ 2.3 M over a two year period through a private placement, with new investors (Immediate capital required $ 1.3 M and $ 1.0 M the following year). The capital will be used to support three key objectives:

• 1) To expand international sales and demonstrations sites.
• 2) To develop company's management, marketing and technical teams.
• 3) To upgrade product with additional capabilities.
