We plan to develop a 16-acre site with multiple buildings/ 35 bed capacity, into a totally, sustainable residential skills/training centre for teaching green construction methods with certification.

The existing site has multiple residential buildings, combined with training workshops and classrooms. Also onsite is a 11- bed manor house with large multi-purpose hall, bar and commercial kitchen offering further opportunities for a renovation and development project on/site. There are several flats in the building complex for staff residency.

There are 3 existing detached properties with residential planning permits for development. The site can be extended to include further properties, making a small sustainable Eco village. There is a shop and tea room within the complex. In addition there is land and commercial growing tunnels for fresh produce to be grown and sold from the site.

This is an exiting and unique opportunity to develop a totally green site with a commercial return for an investor. We are particularly looking for ethical individuals/groups with business development/financial experience to fund and develop the site. There will be opportunities for many green products in the US, that can be showcased and distributed across the UK from this site.

The project will be a non profit charity, with a limited company to develop the commercial aspects of the site plan.

A time limit for gaining the site has been set by the developer. The price is £2.5m GBP.
