GO GREEN Mobile Power, LLC.
Mobile Solar/Wind/Biodiesel generator manufacturer seeks financial partners to purchase and leaseback generators to our company's new rental fleet, enjoying Federal cash rebates and tax incentives for renewable energy projects, in addition to passive monthly rental income.
Today, more than ever before, the demand for "clean" or "green" power is universal. Nowhere has this demand for "greening" been more prevalent than in both the film and event production industries. All outdoor film production and events require "off-grid" power that until now has been traditionally provided by noisy, dirty diesel generators. Recent technological developments and refinements in the "green" and "blue" power industries have paved the way for the creation of GO GREEN Mobile Power, LLC.
With a business model that calls for the manufacturing and sale of our specially designed solar/wind/biodiesel generators, in addition to the creation of a sizable rental fleet, GO GREEN Mobile Power, LLC, will become the premiere mobile "blue/green" power company in the world today. Enjoying a network of film and event industry contacts both in California and Hawaii excited to be early adopters of "blue/green" power, the company will be in the enviable position of being the immediate market leader, resulting in strong brand awareness.
The opportunity to provide "off-grid" power is not limited to the film and event industries. Disaster relief, mobile command posts, government entities, construction sites, agriculture, non-profit organizations and remote scientific monitoring stations are just some of the many potential uses for "clean" mobile power.
GO GREEN Mobile Power, LLC, manufactures solar/wind/biodiesel mobile generators in a variety of sizes and capacities for sale and rental. Each event or intended use will dictate the power requirements necessary, however, it is expected that our signature solar/wind/biodiesel generators will be sufficient for all but the most demanding applications. The generators are actually hybrids, incorporating both solar/wind "green tech" and biodiesel "blue tech" technologies, sufficient for power needs up to 70kWs (120/240V 60Hz single/three phase). The stand-alone biodiesel generators will produce continuous power up to 170kWs (120/240/480V 60Hz single/three phase) and run on (B100) pure biodiesel fuel.
GO GREEN Mobile Power, LLC, is currently seeking financial partners to purchase and leaseback both types of generators to the company to be used in its rental fleet. The current cost of a solar/wind/biodiesel generator is $15,000 - $150,000 USD depending upon size and capacity. The cost for a stand-alone biodiesel generator that meets all film and event production requirements for noise and power output is $35,000 - $115,000 USD. Under specific conditions, the company will consider equity positions for qualified investors.
As a result of the Federal economic stimulus plan (ARRA, Section 1603) relating specifically to alternative and renewable energy projects, until the end of 2010, the solar/wind/biodiesel generators will enjoy an immediate 30% Federal Rebate/Grant (cash back to you) for commercial/business use or a 30% Investment Tax Credit for personal use. Additionally, a "bonus depreciation allowance" of 50% in the first year reduces the initial cost of the equipment up to 80%. The remaining depreciation can be realized over the following four years, resulting in a virtual "free" inventory of capital equipment. The generators can be resold to another qualified user without concern for recapture. Upon proper filing of the request for the cash grant, the US Treasury Department will make payment within 60 days of acceptance by wire transfer to the qualified applicant's bank account.
The biodiesel generators are not subject to the same generous incentives but do enjoy the five year "accelerated" depreciation afforded capital equipment. Biodiesel fuel sponsorships and federal fuel subsidies/incentives are available for the larger biodiesel generators.
The company will share rental revenues with the partners on a 50/50 split of net revenues after direct operating expenses such as pick-up/delivery, maintenance and fuel. The company will follow a leaseback model similar to the general aviation industry.
Daily rental rates are expected to range from $300.00 - $1000.00, depending upon the day of the week, rental period and event/production type. Prices will include local drop off and pick up but not fuel which will vary depending upon region and availability, consistent with current rates for traditional diesel generators.
