Organic Fitness
I am developing detaled plans for a "green" gym in the up and coming renovated Railyard area of Santa Fe, a town filled with people who value sustainability (and back their ideals with their pocketbooks!). Many of the buildings in the district are LEED certified, and I plan to operate the business itself according to sustainable standards.
Organic fitness will be within short walking distance of a brand new REI store and a succesfull Whole Foods Market (my target clientele), as well as many shops, restaurants and movie theaters.
I have the location, the concept, and the potential customers. I'm looking for a partner(s) and the capital to make it all happen.
