Hill street Cafe and Organic Farm

I have two restaurants in Oceanside, CA.  We focus on using organic produce, we use no styrofoam products, recycle everything that we can and are in the process of composting all organic materials at the farm we have.   I have solar panels on one of the restaurants producing over 1/2 of it's electricity needs.  The farm is 40 acres, split into 4 parcels.  The restaurants have enjoyed consistent 10% growth for over 10 years, even this year in a down economy.

I am looking for capital to develop the 4 parcels with green homes, use alternative energy to pump water, expand the farm production and move the restaurants forward.  I want to establish a "food club" where customers can get on our web site and custom order a food box to pick up when the come in to eat, focusing on organic, local produce from our farm.  That will allow me to market the same service to local businesses.  Order lunch, we deliver in a bio-diesel truck and bring you a food box for home.  This will save time, gas, trips to the store and allow individuals more time to enjoy their lives with their friends and families.  Community food resource.

Ideally one of the four parcels at the farm could be kept as a retreat/spa/yoga center and allow the farm to also be used by families for short eco-tourism trips on a farm.

Once estabished, there would be expansion opportunities for other restaurants in southern california fed by local produce from the farm.  I also want to offer a unique travel company where customers of the food businesses earn "freequent fllyer" type credits towards vacations at small resort type homes in desirable locations.  One such location is Cabo Pulmo at the tip of Baja California where I own an acre and am building a home.  It is located on a beautiful coral reef with incredible diving, fishing, surfing, mountain biking....

This would not be a venture capital situation where the capital is at-risk because it would be secured by real property.
