H2Only Cleaners
Wet cleaning uses water instead of the toxic chemical perchloroethylene, used by ~85% of dry cleaners as their solvent. We were the first operation in the Carolinas to use it exclusively. After 4.5 years we have outgrown our current wet cleaning plant and need to relocate if we are to expand beyond our current 4 locations.
Our plan is to move from the retail location we currently occupy and go into a flex or semi-industrial location. The lower cost per sq ft will allow us to have a larger space for less rent and continue to add new stores, delivery routes, and production capacity.
