We are going to build a Safehydrogen Plant to distribute hydrogen to fuel internal combustion engines and hydrogen fuel celled vehicles.

We are offering 490,000 shares at $12.25 a share , or $6,002,500, 49% of the company to cover the costs of production.

Projected earnings are 100 to 300 percent in the first three years after funding to 300 to 6000 percent increase in capital in the fourth and fifth year.
