Eco Village is creating a new concept of energy production combined with ecological urban development in the south of Spain.
Right now we are looking for equity in order to finalize the start up phase and to build a large solar plant and pilot units. The minimum investment per (private) investor is € 100,000.
Eco Village Design & Construction will pay the investor two kinds of interest: annually we will pay the investor 15% (to be paid in the month of December coming from the income of the solar energy production). Additionally we will pay another interest of 10% fixed annually at the end of the investment period of maximum four years. Total return on the investment will therefore be 25% per year.
