Our top goal/priority at this point is to develop a team of professionals that can visualize the potential of our simple yet effective product and turn that potential into reality.
Re-Tread Products (RTP) is a startup company based on the development of our recently patented "Tire LogTM" that's made from recycled waste car and truck tires. RTP's recycling method is based on a simple energy efficient procedure that helically wraps the steel belted tread of the tire around a core of tire treads to essentially any length or diameter. The net result is a building material combining the desirable characteristics of tire materials with the structural integrity provided by RTP's patented design.
Initial testing indicates it may be used for various civil engineering applications such as: levees, retaining walls, stream bank stabilization, flood control, military barricades and as a building material in areas that are subject to earthquake activity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business/product development with knowledge in environmental issues, grant acquisition, marketing and team development.
