Spa Resort with minero-medicinal thermal springs in prime area of the Spanish Pyrenees mountains.
The property comprises 14 hectares (35 acres) of parkland nestled at the heart of the Pyrenees mountains in the valley of Cerdanya, close to Andorra, on a south facing hillside with a superb view. It is surrounded by Andorran, French and Spanish ski resorts and endless possibilities for cultural, sports and leisure activities. The thermal springs are located next to the river, allowing for a superb combination of natural cold water pools with open air spa facilities in addition to the Spa facilities in the main building.
Our intention is to transform the buildings of the old Spa into an Apart-Hotel Residence and convert them into the nucleus of a Health Education College Campus and Conference Centre. The Campus will foster learning and re-education through enquiry, exchange, research and experimentation. Short courses, seminars and workshops will focus on integrated health-care, bio-intensive food production, and sustainable living. Some parts of the complex have been rebuilt, and much infra-structure renewal has been completed including an installation of some 68 thermal solar panels for hot water and under-floor heating.
We own the property outright and are looking for a developer and management operator to form a joint venture. We are committed to develop this property with all available sustainable features.
