We are looking for a strategic partner for the plantation of Jatropha and bio diesel production in TOGO in West Africa.

Negotiations to acquire 15,000 ha and more  of land suitable for the Jatropha plantation are complete.  Land area can be expanded in the future to over 70,000 ha.  

Our expectations would be that (i) the strategic partner acquire 49% ownership of ABGS/BIODIESEL with full management (ii) the strategic partner would invest technical expertise, inputs such as high yielding seeds, plantation and processing equipment. We in turn will provide land, local supervision of the plantation.
