Photographer needs help creating an association with world-wide potential. Website, membership perks, green photographer certification, etc.
Photography is a major business providing a specialized service to millions of people every year. Wedding photography alone is a billion dollar a year industry. Incentives are necessary to turn these businesses green and the GPA (Green Photographers Association) will be an outlet and support to encourage the positive change. People trust their photographers to make them look good, why not to live good too! With the shift to digital, running a green photography business is even easier .
I have been doing months of market research to try to build a relationship with green photography-oriented businesses and green suppliers who would give a deep discount on their products or services to the photographers who are "certified green"members.
I have created standards to certify a studio "green."
An investor would help greatly here. Also a web designer capable of building a site that is consumer/business/photographer oriented. Members site will access the businesses and suppliers. Consumer site will allow earth-conscious consumers to "shop" for a green photographer in their area.
I am reaching out to everyone and anyone who is able to make this vision a reality. There is nothing of this magnitude available to photographers around the world.
