Federal Energy Technology Center: Industry Programs

The Department of Energy's Federal Energy Technology Center (FETC) Industry Programs mission is to address reducing cleanup costs and health and safety risks, as well as meeting stubborn environmental problems head-on. In order for the Industry Program to accomplish this, the private sector, colleges, universities, non-profit organizations and industry must be involved in the development, demonstration, and implementation of innovative and improved technologies.

Industry Programs use competitively procured contracts, which ensures that all private sector companies, large or small, are able to compete within the DOE market and deploy innovative, cost-effective solutions.

FETC assists private sector companies in the development and demonstration of their technologies.
