NexGen Power LLC is a privately owned equity firm, which can provide immediate investment capital for funding and financing proposed and ongoing projects in the United States, with emphasis on existing and late stage development projects. NexGen is currently seeking energy, industrial and environmental projects which have contracted cash flows. They will on a very select basis consider merchant risk. NexGen is open to alternative energy technologies including wind, geothermal and solar projects with a minimum combined capacity of 10mw. It will consider smaller projects, provided that there are multiple projects, which deliver combined capacity in excess of 10mw. NexGen is actively seeking opportunities to acquire power generation supply side, transmission facilities, demand side management investments, and other energy delivery assets such as transmission system assets and energy efficiency projects. The Company is building a portfolio approaching $1 billion in enterprise value. By leveraging the combined strengths of both strategic capital resources and an experienced management team, NexGen is uniquely qualified to add value to existing development projects. NexGen is focused on power and/or thermal generating assets with equivalent production capacity of less than 350 megawatts. In North America, we will acquire assets selectively and will give special attention to alternative energy projects.
